We follow the Lincolnshire County Council School Admissions policy regarding children with: Statement of Special Educational Needs (Education Act 1996) or Education, Health and Care Plan (Children and Families Act 2014).
Appeals timetable detailed below: –
Secondary schools – National Offer Day 1 March 2023, Deadline for an appeal to be received Noon 27 March 2023
Primary schools – National Offer Day 16 April 2024, Deadline for an appeal to be received Noon 14 May 2024
Following national offer day, parents will be able to log all block appeals via the appeal form on the LCC website and we will forward the appeals to schools to process. Where a school is using LCC presenting or paperwork services, this will also be forwarded to legal services for scheduling with an independent panel.
